Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is a note?

A written document that states a promise to pay, and the terms which include the amount, interest rate and length of time in which to fulfill this promise.

2. What if I want cash now instead of waiting 30 years to get paid back?

That's where I come in. I work with investors who are interested in purchasing your note (or your client's note) from you so you can have the money you need. This way, you don't have to worry about late payments or non-payment any longer!

3. Who invests in notes?

Actually, there are thousands of individuals across the country who invest in notes. However, they are small time compared to the banks and pension fund managers -- they are the biggest investors in promissory notes because they are considered to be fairly safe investments. Additionally, investors will know their yield before they even buy the note -- you can't get that from investing in the stock market!

4. Will somebody buy this?

Any cash flow submission that provides a potential investor or other note finder with enough meaningful information to determine what it is being sold, and whether it meets the investors' desired yield and risk tolerance criteria - is something that can be bought and sold in the private cash flow secondary market!

5. How much is this going to cost me?

There is no charge to list your note (or your client's note). We'll have a buyer lined up for your note (or your client's note) within just a few days after you submit the required information.

6. What happens when a repeat billing customer makes another purchase

after the account receivables has been sold?

  1. You simply setup a new account receivables. Any customers purchasing on billing after the sale of your account receivables will pay you for those purchases.
  2. However, purchases included in the sold account receivables will be paid to the new investor.

7. Process for Selling an Account Receivables:

Step I    We find seller of Account Receivables or the seller finds us the Broker.

Step II   We present your account receivables to our pool of investors with my

contact information but your financial information regarding the

              account receivables.

Step III The investor will make me an offer to present to you the seller of the

              account receivables.

Step IV You the seller will either accept or decline the offer.

Step V  If you the seller accepts the investor's offer I will send the investor a Non-

Circumvent Agreement which protects my interest in the deal.

Basically it insures that the investor will pay my commission.

8. How long does it take to find an investor?

  1. We have had instances where we found investors within 3 days.
  2. It just depends . . . It could take a couple weeks.

9. How long will it take before I get my money?

Normal closing time is 2 to 3 weeks, once we have lined up a buyer.
